How we ship your order

As we manufacture many products individually for you, it is only possible to plan an exact delivery date to a limited extent before production begins. We do our best to meet the date stated in the order confirmation.
You can find the currently estimated delivery date directly with the respective product, at checkout and in your order confirmation.
To ensure that your package reaches you as quickly as possible, we offer different production and shipping methods depending on the delivery country.

Important information about production times

  • The stated times refer to production days from Monday to Friday.
  • Public holidays do not count as production days.
  • Different production times may apply to individual products.
  • The estimated delivery date displayed with the respective product and at checkout is decisive.
  • The available shipping methods, final shipping costs and current delivery time will be shown to you at checkout before you complete your order.

Germany

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €7.90 incl. 19% VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
  • Free standard shipping: for shopping cart values of €250.00 or more incl. 19% VAT
Express Production & Shipping
  • Base price: €14.90 incl. 19%  VAT
  • Additional charge: 20% of the value of the goods (min. €10)
  • Production time: approx. 1–3 production days

Austria

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €9.90 incl. 20% VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
Tax information: If a valid VAT identification number is provided, the delivery may be invoiced without VAT, provided that the legal requirements for a tax-free intra-Community supply are met.

The different gross prices result from the different VAT rates in the respective delivery countries. The basis is net shipping costs of €9.90.

Different tax or customs regulations may apply depending on the delivery address.

Norway

Delivery period
The period relevant for determining the shipping date refers to production days from Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not taken into account when calculating the period.
If you order items with different production or delivery times, we generally ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest production or delivery time.

Products with your own print data

For products for which you provide your own print data, the production time begins on the day after:
  • receipt of the complete, print-ready data and
  • receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider. 
If the submitted print data is incomplete, incorrect or not print-ready, the production time begins only after receipt of the corrected and complete, print-ready data.

Products without your own print data

For products that do not require your own print data, the production time begins on the day after:
  • conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider. 

Order and data submission deadline
Orders, payments or payment authorizations and complete, print-ready data must be received by us no later than 1:00 p.m.
If received later, the start of production may be postponed by an additional production day.

Important: possible delays
The production or delivery time may be extended in the following cases:
  • The print data is incorrect, incomplete or not print-ready.
  • Required information for the order is missing.
  • There are questions regarding the design or execution.
  • A necessary approval has not yet been granted.
  • Payment has not yet been received or the required payment authorization is not yet available. 
  • Public holidays or unforeseeable disruptions affect production or shipping.
As our products are generally made individually and may vary depending on the design and execution, an exact delivery date before production begins is not always possible.
Some production steps are automated and can be carried out daily. However, certain manual work steps take place exclusively on regular production days from Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time stated is therefore based on this production schedule.
Please also note: Orders, payments and complete, print-ready data must be received by us no later than 1:00 p.m. If received later, the start of production may be postponed by an additional production day.
