ORACAL 651 065 M Cobalt Blue Matte is a colored plotting film made of partially polymeric PVC film with a matte surface. The rich blue tone corresponds to the ORAFOL color shade Cobalt blue with sRGB 18 34 108.

The film is available in widths of 63 cm, 100 cm and 126 cm; orders can be placed flexibly from 1 linear meter. For colored versions, ORAFOL specifies a durability of 4 years when professionally processed and exposed to vertical outdoor weathering in a normal Central European climate.
