Is self-collection possible?

No. For logistical reasons, self-collection is not possible. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Please make sure that the delivery address is complete and correct. For business delivery addresses, the company name, contact person, street, house number, postal code and city should be clearly provided. This helps prevent delays or returns caused by incorrect delivery.
